Has Mirus / ZenFire given up finally?
The latest email says:
So it would seem Mirus have finally given up on ZenFire. Given their sneaky use of language in the past and their habit of covering up the extent of the disaster, does this wording actually mean, "We've given up, guys. We have not the faintest idea when this is going to work properly and when we can give you a stable connection. We notice the flood of customers leaving us so in desperation we have now, finally, made some arrangement where we can keep you in a holding cell to the point when (if) we get the problem fixed. Please don't go anywhere"We are currently exploring multiple solutions for our traders and expect to have an update on an alternative connection within 24 to 48 hours.

Bingo. That's exactly what it means. What amazes me is the level of gross incompetence at this firm, that it took a week of disastrous publicity and a good chunk of their customer base leaving them before these idiots finally realized that it might be a good idea to have a backup plan in case using their customers as beta testers didn't work out. Congratulations Mirus on a completely unnecessary and spectacular faceplant, you should go down in the business Hall of Stupidity for this one. I guess some kind of self-preservation instinct must have finally gotten through to their tiny little brains at the final minute... who knows, if they can get something up and running in the next 48 hours they might actually survive as a firm.Originally posted by Instamess View PostThe latest email says:
