SGX data

Hello,

I have an AMP/GQC connection, I'm trying to look at some symbols on SGX Singaporw Exchange like "JB" Japanese 10year bond.

I am running into a consistent issue with all SGX symbols, that being I am able to retrieve data for charting but no info or data for DOM.

Is this on the platform end?

I should say that my account will not be live until tomorrow (mirus transfer) so I am in simulation mode, could that effect it?

When I try to enter trade via chart trader it says there is not data to drive the simulation engine

Thank you for contacting us with this question.

Since you are using a demo login at the moment I would recommend contacting AMP to confirm that real-time data for this symbol is included. As the NinjaTrader data servers are providing historical data it sounds like all instrument settings within the platform should be correct.
