Issue after upgrading to V18

I have just upgraded from V13 64bit to V18 and the program is no longer working.

It starts but after a little time windows reports that the program is not responding and must be closed.

When I try to edit one of my custom indicators or strategy NT reports an error that the file cannot be found.

How can I revert back the upgrade?

Actually The problem seems to be resolved now.

After restarting NT a few times I received a message from Windows Firewall and allowed access to NT.

I am able to access the custom indicators now

I am not sure what the issue was either but if you would like for us to look into it a bit more you may send your most current log and trace files to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com, so I may investigate this matter further.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
* The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
* The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

In the subject line you may put "Attn: JC" and in the body reference this thread.
