Issues with instrument data

I am not able to view data on any instrument besides ES on my existing charts. I believe I may not have historical data on anything but ES since that is the only instrument I have been using for the past 6 months. But now I want to switch to another instrument and when I try to switch my existing charts it wont show or plot any data unless its the ES. The only way I can get data to appear is when I create a new chart but it only gives limited data on other instruments.

My "reload all historical data" greyed out on all charts. and when I try to download the data from the server I get this message "Historical data for one or more selected instruments may not be downloaded. Please ensure to first establish a connection that supports the instrument(s).

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.
3.) The symbol you are attempting to load data for when you receive this error.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
