Chart Trader and Account Names

I would like to know if it is possible to change the account name in the chart trader dropdown box.

Thank you for your post.

Currently there is not an option to change the account name within NinjaTrader however I have forwarded this to our development team as a suggestion on how we can improve the NinjaTrader platform. Once this suggestion has been input into our tracking system I will forward you the assigned ID number for tracking.


In the meantime you may contact your broker to verify if they can change the account number to a specific name.

I checked with IB, at this time they are unable to do this.
