Executed trades not showing in Acct. Perfomance

    Executed trades not showing in Acct. Perfomance

    At the end of the trading day today, I closed my connection. I then went to the Account Performance tab and tried to generate a report. Oops -- I forgot you have to be connected for that. So I reconnected and then generated a performance report. It shows all of my activity and totals up to 3:46 PM Eastern, but I had several trades for the next 20 minutes after that. These trades show up as "executed" in the Log tab, but all the other tabs don't show them. What's up?

    I have v6.5.0.9, and I'm running strictly in Sim mode.

    You don't need to be connected to generate a performance report.
    Do the missing executions show up in the Control Center "Executions" tab?

      No, not at the time. Of course, the Executions tab is blank now that that day has passed. But now when I generate the report for 3/14, I do get the real totals this time. Weird. Maybe it has something to do with trying to generate a report on the same day as the data?

        Should not make a difference at all what day the report is ran. Let us know next time this occurs.

          OK, I sure will. I'll try it again tomorrow after the market closes and see what happens. Is there anything I need to capture to save for you to debug it?
