IB No Longer An Option??

    IB No Longer An Option??

    Hello,

    Upon updating, I went to log in and IB is no longer an option. When I tried to make a new connection, IB isn't amongst the possible options.

    Should I uninstall and reinstall everything? I hope not to lose all of my templates etc..

    Thank you for your post.

    First, I'd like you to try simply restarting NinjaTrader as this would force your license to verify with our servers again which I suspect would allow you to access the IB connection once more.

    If this does not do the trick for you please contact me by email at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In the message please include a link to this forum thread, a copy of today's trace file and a copy of your license key.

    You would find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need a copy of the 'trace.20140102.txt' file.

    Your license key will be found within NinjaTrader's Help > License Key menu.
