Error on loading chart (errServerSideNotEntitled)

I used to connect to Forex MB Trading and then to Kinetick EOD and it used to work without any problems. I had a market analyzer list of Futures and Forex with Continuous Contracts ##-##.

Now today as soon as I connect to Forex MB Trading it starts giving me an ERROR on each Future contract that I have loaded under my Market analyzer. For example it says: Error on loding chart data for YM ##-## Globex: Error (errServerSideNotEntitled) on loading historical data.

It does not give me a chance to connect to Kinetick EOD.

Why is this a problem all the sudden? It shows an error for each instrument I have loaded on my Market Analyzer

Which version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About)
Which version of the MB Trading Navigator are you using with NinjaTrader?

The error (errServerSideNotEntitled) means the MB Trading account is under $300.00. I had this happen a long time ago.
