All of the comments/answers concerning the Multi-Broker License refer to a simultaneous connection with two brokers with one or two computers. If one has accounts at two brokers but will only be connected to one at a time....not simultaneously... is a Multi-Broker License required?

Most likely yes if you need to trade live to both.
Other options may be available however this would depend on who your brokers were and how you wish to trade.
