OIF delete error

I am trying automated trading and in the log i get the following errors :

OIF delete error 'c:\....ninjatrader6\incoming\oif3.txt' Exception 'The process cannot access the file c:\.....incoming\oif3.txt' because it is being used by another process.'


OIF read error 'c:\....ninjatrader6\incoming\oif3.txt' Exception 'The process cannot access the file c:\.....incoming\oif3.txt' because it is being used by another process.'

Any idea how to fix this issue.

I assume you are using another application to write the OIF's? The problem is that the application that is writing the file has opened the file (to write to it) but has not closed it and thus has a lock on it. You need to ensure that your application closes this file.
