ZenFire gold trade errors

hi

i am trading with zen fire ( mirus )

yesterday + again today

I experience strange errors in trade where buy stop set above the market >> same error .. sell stop must be below last trade price .. buyToCover !!


also strategy input order limit buy to cover keeps >>> error price violates low price of band as price set with 10x even though order shows limit price = correct price

ie 1200.0 = 12000

please can you look into this

i forgot to mention that the entry of these orders.. a protective stop + profit limit >> error also then caused the strategy to terminate + attempt to close the position

the BuyToCover "Close" order actually resulted in a further short position thus 2 short (strategy was 1 short when terminating) !!!

just mailed these

please note I am able to enter GC 02-14 orders through ninjatrader's order entry np

its just the strategy entered stop + target orders (limit entry from strategy was also ok)

I sent mail. The answer came from Matthew, but I'm not sure if he understood how big a problem it is. He replied that he actually knows nothing.

All strategies in all markets dont work due to this error. Fills a position incorrectly evaluated as "panic". Alexgg writes about the "closing position" conversely ... I agree ..
I had the GC instead of 5 contracts at once 10 contracts! The strategy was abolished send a "panic message" and i had no stoposses in the market!
