Further update.

After my first message I fired up my trading machine and it maanged to maintain a disconnect free period from 11.40pm 30 Dec (USA ET) to 10.53am on 31 Dec.

BUT then I had 35 disconnects in the period from 10.53am to 11.08 am - so definetley not fixed.

I now have the solid 'red' light saying disconnected yet I am still (at 12.50pm) receiving CL trade data.

I have rceived an email from Mirus telling me to run an NT program they have given me a link to so I will see what happens.

ZenFire has given us every reason any reasonable person could need or want to switch to ANY other data provider on the market.

My connection went day Sunday. I got no response from Zenfire or my broker (Mirus) until late Monday (more than 24 hours later). The instructions I received indicated I had to create a new account connection. Why would I need to do that? I wasn't the one who screwed things up! I tried following their instruction to create a new connection. Guess what? Didn't work.

Zenfire doesn't even have a web site that shows their network status. That is inexcusable in this day and age.

I am switching broker and data source. I suggest you consider doing the same. At this time, VanKar seems to have the best commission charges ... and CQG data (which a friend of mine has used for years with Zero Problems).
