How to set new strategy in NT

I would like to close positions the output from the 3 BAR or input 4 BAR (3 after the opening position or entering the 4 )

Thank you for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!

You are asking to submit an exit order either 3 or 4 bars after entering a position depending on which is chosen by the user, is this correct?

Is this being coded with the NinjaScript editor?

If so:

• On the User Defined Inputs page create a variable that is an int (integer) that has a default of 3
• In the Conditions and Actions page add a new condition (in another condition set that is not the condition set that creates the entry)
• On the left column choose Misc -> Bars since entry
• On the right column choose User defined inputs -> select the variable you have chosen
• Compile the scripts
