    I had to enter user name / password 3 times before it took. Although I haven't tried it I seem to recall they permit multiple login's....meaning you can be online with both NT and Mirus Trader.... but I might be wrong.

        I had NT running on my main PC and MT on a backup notebook, smartphone and tablet at the same time, so normally no problem with multiple login´s. But currently I can´t even login to MT, thank god no open positions. If nobody at Mirus is picking up the phone, you´d be really stuck now if you urgently needed to flatten...

          Warning, folks. Earlier this morning, before I understood the extent of the issues, I had an ATM fail to add the target and stop loss. I manually exited the trade. I then cancelled all orders, flattened everything and checked the log to confirm those commands had hit the live account. I tried to exit NT and got a message that I still had a working Live order. I checked the Orders page and there was an open order sitting far from where the ATM should have placed it. Called the Trade Desk and they manually killed it.

            OK, I just heard back from Mirus. While I do want to stress that the rep I was in contact with was very friendly, he told me that once everything else is OK, they (Mirus) will take care of the authentication isue. As a reminder: I haven't been able to log into my account since last Friday 1800CET because of a "Login failed: Invalid Authentication" error message. I guess this means that with all the issues that have been reported on this forum, it could potentially take another 1-2 days before I can log into my account again.

              Just got off with Mirus and was told all should be worked out within the next 30 minutes. They took my number and said they would call me.

                Mirus just sent out an email to all accounts apologizing and saying they are working on it but "we suggest our traders avoid live trading until connection stability is restored."

                  Yes - over in this thread, lonestar had something similar. His trade was in the money but turned into a loss by the time he was able to get flat.
