Receiving wrong data from Zen-Fire

    You can delete historical data at Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab. However it will be reloaded multiplied by ten from the historical data server again. The issue has been reported to our server team and they are looking into it.

      Historical data lost ES03-14

      Good Morning

      The historical data of the ES-H 03-14 are not from 5:00 a.m. ET
      I tried to download the data but not down to the platform Ninja

          same problem here, missing quotes when disconnecting and reconnecting with zen-fire.

            Thank you for reporting. We experience missing data for all instruments as well, not just ES. It has been reported to our server team.

              Any update on when to get historical data back is appreciated. I have no historical data since 4:59 est on CL.

                  Same problem

                  I have no historical data since 4:59 on NQ 03-14 and in 15 mins NT v18 has disconnected 5 times with zenfire.
                  To have a good trading in this situation is impossible ...

                    I am having the same problems as others - missing data from 5AM EST and repeatedly dropped connections. I'm sure everyone is working hard to resolve this. Is the problem on the NT end or Zen-Fire or Mirus Futures? Mirus tech support doesn't answer. It would be greatly appreciated if we could receive periodic announcements from NT Support providing status updates instead of everyone having to search for information in these threads.

                      I am afraid, I still do not have an update at this time. Our server team is still looking into the matter.

                      Zen-Fire uses historical data from our historical data server.

                        I just got part of historical data back. Now only missing 7:12 - 7:36 est CL data.

                          Yes, the historical data server records data again. Can you please restart NinjaTrader and reconnect to Zen-Fire.

                          Unfortunately there will still be gaps on some instruments, such as CL 02-14 between 7:11 AM and 7:37 AM EDT.

                            I've restarted, and then got the historical data update 5 min ago. And I use BigTick, not zenfire. And gap in data between 7:11-7:37 est remains.

                              Restarted NT. Historical data is now loaded except for the 7:12-7:36 data.

                                Historical data for FDAX (for 30th Dec) still with nwrong data (times 10 values).

                                Is there any way in NT to correct this day or delete these wrong data from the DB so it does not bothers all backtesting, optimization etc? Even if I delete the DB it keeps loading the wrong data

                                Any chance ZF will fix it?
