    Receiving wrong data from Zen-Fire

    Today I upgraded to NT 18 as requested by NT.
    I had some issues with the connection (had to re-enter the password), quite weird.
    Now, on live markets it is showing wrong data (FDAX has values of 96 thousands! 96050.5. etc.)
    CL data not showing.

    Charts are also ill-formed.

    Checked with EUREX http://www.eurexchange.com/exchange-...idx/dax/17206/ and prices are in the 9.500 range, not 95.000. Price is wrong by times 10

      Hello pakricard,

      I am able to reproduce the issue on my end as well. Unfortunately, prices are multiplied by 10 for today. I have reported to issue to management. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

        Good morning.
        In general terms ZenFire connection is not stable. Some minutes ago, it showed me red status of disconnection and I am not able to reconnect.
        Probably we will have to wait till ZenFire guys wake up this morning at 8.00CT to wait to things start to work properly.

          DAX seems okay now, but historical data for today is wrong.

            Hello pepepaco,

            Can you please tell me what happens when you try to reconnect. Do you experience an error? If so, please tell me what the error states.

            @steve2222, I still receive realtime data multiplied by 10 as per the FDAX 03-14. If you select the FDAX 03-14 in the Control Center-->Orders-tab, do you see correct prices?

              Hello Jason,

              I restarted Ninjatrader and now connects ok to ZenFire. Also FDAX shows good values.

              Problem is now with all data from 8.00 till 9.50 CET that distorts the charts and strategies. How can they be wiped out or scaled down by 10 easily untill ZenFire loads proper data?

                  I receive realtime data correctly again after restarting NinjaTrader. Unfortunately historical data is still displayed multiplied by 10. You could delete the historical data in the Historical Data Manager, however it will load incorrectly again, since prices are recorded this way on the historical data server.

                    For the FESX I don´t get any historical data for today. When I reload all historical data, the charts start at the current time and the last two hours of data are missing.

                      I am able to reproduce on my end as well. I do not receive any realtime data for the FESX 03-14 either. Do you receive realtime data if you select the FESX 03-14 in the Control Center-->Orders-tab.

                        Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the FESX and click Edit. Select the Misc-tab and change the symbol map to FESX and click OK.

                        Remove and re-add the FESX 03-14 to your instrument list for the change to take effect. Instructions can be found at the link below.


                        Restart NinjaTrader and subsequently check if you receive realtime data again.

                              Hi:

                              How can we clean the database from these wrong values we have in FDAX?
                              1) Any change we will get them fixed by Zen-Fire?
                              2) If not... any way we can get them corrected or deleted?
