I am currently using NT by connecting to a TDAmeritrade account. I noticed that sometime between market close (ETH) and Market Open, the connection to TDA stays established but NT stops responding (mouse cursor spins and on NT application is unresponsive). I'll usually have to do a CTRL+ALT+DEL in order to kill NT process and restart it in order to fix it. I've looked in the NT logs and there is no indication other than when i killed NT it shows such an error. Is anyone experiencing a similar issue?
NOTE: I'm running the latest NT version, Windows 7 64-bit, 10GIG RAM. TDA only allows NT to run in 32-bit mode. While this may be an issue, i do have the latest SQL 32-bit and 64-bit versions installed. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated and let me know if you need additional info.

I have not see other reports of this behavior.

In order for me to help determine why this is occurring, I will need to review your log and trace files from the last date that this occurred.

Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files, Attn: Matthew in the Subject line and a reference to this thread.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named ‘log.20131229.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named ‘trace.20131229.txt’

Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.
