NT V18 Not able to enable live strategies with ZenFire

    NT V18 Not able to enable live strategies with ZenFire

    Another problem suffered with V18. Not possible to enable live strategies with ZenFire-Mirus account.

    Please help me to solve it before start of markets on Monday.

      Hello pepepaco,

      If you account named Name has changed this may be the reason why you cannot enable the strategies. So for example if your account name was "ABC123!Dorman!Mirus" and the account now is "ABC123" you will have to remove and readd your strategies with this new account name.

        Hello I am not even able to connect to zen fire my live account since i have update to V18

          I also cannot connect and do not receive an error message at all. I upgraded on Friday with no issues but lost connectivity last night. I am thinking it possibly is "normal weekend maintenance"... (hoping)

            Hi,

            I am having problems placing live trades after installing v.18 friday morning.
            Every time I tried to place live trade I received message " Timed out exepction(Error gateway)".
            I noticed that my account with Mirus was named before installation 123ABC!Mirus and now is just 123ABC.Thank you.

              Update:

              Zen-Fire is currently performing weekend maintenance which is preventing users from connecting. We have received an update from them that the system will be ready to connect by 2:00PM Central Time.


              Please let us know if you are unable to connect by 2:00PM Central and we'll be happy to look into this further.
