Cannot open a chart of HO (Nymex)

Hi guys,

When I am opening a chart of Heating Oil (Nymex), symbol: BH 02-14. I am getting the following error: Unable to load historical data: unknown instument.

I have just reset the instuments and restarted NT and that did not help.

I am using the CME-fee Waiver program so I should be able to receive it, right? CL and NG work fine.

Are you able to receive data for HO in NinjaTrader from Kinetick?

HO is the preloaded NYMEX Heating Oil instrument in NinjaTrader. It comes preconfigued for Kinetick.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I am having a paid subscription from Kinetick with a CME fee waiver program. So, I am not able to receive data for HO in NinjaTrader from Kinetick.

IB is using the symbol HO and NT seems to use the symbol BH. The standard NT settings do not work, do I need to manually change anything?
