NT new version-canīt connect to zenfire
i just downloaded the new version of zenfire to two pcīs. initially there was no problem connecting, but for about an hour, i canīt connect to zenfire. tried with 2 different ispīs, no luck. connection to zenfire through sierrachart works though...Tags: None

Thank you for your post.
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
I would like to have you send an email to Support [at] NinjaTrader [dot] com, and attach your Config.xml file, so that I can test your connection on my end. Please reference ticket # 976749 in the body of your email.
This file is found in the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\ folder.
Additionally, please send your log and trace files for today, as these files contain helpful information to diagnose your issue.
You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\log folder.
The log file will be named "log.20131226.txt"
You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\trace folder.
The trace file will be named "trace.20131226.txt"

Same for me here. After upgrading to v18 the Zenfire connection did not work on Saturday 12/28/2013, then worked for about 30 min this evening (Sunday 12/29/2013) and now can not connect at all (permanently stuck connecting to Zen Fire... exactly the same symptoms as in the first post by ranger64).
The latest version 18 of the Zen Fire adapter seems to have unresolved problems.

Well it appears to be a systemic issue, as opposed to just my computer, which gives me hope that the issue is being resolved.
