Maximum Bars Look Back

I have an inquiry about it.

I have a strategy that needs 1000 bars to calculate the algorithm properly.

If I run this strategy on a chart (the chart only have 50 bars) and set up the property Maximum Bars Look Back = Infinite, does the strategy calculates the algorithm using all bars that it need (1.000) or does the strategy calculates the algorithm using only the 50 bars of the chart?

Thanks for your post.

Because there is only 50 bars of data on the chart, this is all NinjaTrader has to use to make calculations.

With the Infinite setting this will allow more than 256 bars of look back in calculations if this is available on the chart.
