Cash value not correct?

First, let me apologize in advance if this is a user error since I'm a NT noob and very new to trading in general.

Now, I do have a cash account with TDA and I know how those work, but I'm not 100% sure on the margin accounts.

What I'm noticing is that the cash value is dropping even though there are profits. I thought it would be different the next day but the problem persisted. I'm using my TDA account for real time data on a sim account.

Here are a few pics showing my settings, performance, and accounts tab. I started the sim account with 26K. So there should be more than the initial 26k I started with right?

Thanks for the screen shots.

CashValue will be deducted for open positions. Do you have anything open from the Positions tab currently?

no, all are closed.

Can you please send me your database file so I can look into this further.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support-> check "Database file"
