Connection Problem

Hi there.
When I try to connect to the broker "File->Connect->Zen-Fire Demo" and down in the left there is a message "Connecting - Zen-Fire" it is not making the connection. I don't have a problem with the internet, I tried with differetn accounts (Zen-Fire,Rithmic i CQG), I re-installed my program but I still cannot make the connection ?

Thank you for your note.

Recreate your Zen-Fire connection

* Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
* Tools -> Options -> Data tab -> Repair DB
* Restart NinjaTrader
* Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

Do not check Demo while recreating this account.
Once finished, connect under File -> Connect -> Your Zen-Fire connection.

Put ATTN: Cameron in the subject field and a link to this forum post in the body.

Include your latest Log and Trace files.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named log.20131223.txt

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named trace.20131223.txt
