TF missing data

    TF missing data

    Hi,

    I opened NT this morning and TF data from friday is missing.
    I repaired DB, adjusted the clock but I still have the same problem.ES is fine.
    I use NT 7.0.1000.16 Version.

    Hello Jurase,

    Can you please tell me to what data feed provider you connect in NinjaTrader.

    Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'? If not, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

      I deleted cache folder, restarted NT and still the same problem.I tried to reload all historical data but still the same problem.I use ZenFire.

        Hello Jurase,

        Can you please send me your log and trace files as follows. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, TF missing data' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

              Unfortunately I have not received an email so far. Could you please send me the files from your regular email. You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, TF missing data' in the subject field.

              Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach them in the email.

              C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20131223 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

              C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20131223 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)
