Unable to connect to Zen Fire during weekend

Hi,

I'm not able to connect to ZenFire for the past 2 hours with the error message "Login Failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection."

I am however able to connect to other connections such as Kinetick (end of day) so i can safely assume that my internet connection is working fine.

I realised i had the same connection failure issue last weekend.

Is ZenFire down for maintenance over the weekend?

Thank you for your post.

We typically see periods of server maintenance over the weekends which can result in an inability to connect. Due to this, I'd recommend that you start by restarting the PC, modem and router then try the connection again. If you encounter further issues with this connection attempt after rebooting please let me know and I will provide further instructions.
