    FTSE - "Z" future rollover Settings - no history data

    Hello I have problem with my Z-chart, there is no history data

    what can I do?

    these are my settings:

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you tell me what data provider you are connected to and what time interval chart you are attempting to load so I may look into the issue further.

      my data provider is CQG, my account @ AMP-Futures

        Currently historical data is not recorded for FTSE 100 Index Futures therefore bars will only be built when connected.

        In order to receive historical data for this instrument you would be required to connect to a provider that has this data available.

        If you are looking for a data provider for real time and historical data I recommend using Kinetick: (Our Preferred Data Feed Service Built Specifically for NinjaTrader 7) which provides historical Tick, Minute and Daily data for Equities, Futures and Forex.

        I have also provided a link below that goes over all supported providers, the assests that they support and the data they offer.

          so the problem will be fixed on monday most likely?
          because there were no problem with history data in the z-future 12-13 in the last weeks.

            I spoke with our IT department and there is an issue with this instrument on the server however this will be resolved by Monday and you should have access to historical data at that time.

              now it´s working for Monday, but there are no prior-days for the past in the chart..

                Hello,

                We're able to reproduce and are not able to receive data either before 12/22 8:05 PM Eastern.

                I will pass this on to our IT department and we will follow up later today once we have more news.
