No Data in BidAskLast Pane or SuperDOM

I've successfully established a connection to FXCM (Demo) and I'm able to create charts but I'm unable to get data into SuperDOM and the Control Center's BidAskLast window in the splitContainer

Please shut down NinjaTrader then update to the current 7.0.1000.16 release via this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration

After updating please restart, reconnect and check for data on these instruments again.
