Error when running backup

Hi,
I get the following error when backing up. NT runs for a while with the status bar "incrementing" and then pops this error:

"Unable to create NinjaTrader backup archive file: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\owner\Documents\NinjaTrader7\templates\S trategy\WizardAction'

The backup does not complete.

Does the directory mentioned in that error message actually exist on your local PC?

Please give that a shot. If creating the folder doesn't allow backup to take place please contact me by email at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In that message, I would need you to include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The trace file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder and would be named 'trace.20131219.txt'.

Creating the folder seemed to do the trick! Thanks Kyle.
