Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server

Hello,

i get the message "Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server". NT doesn't even start.

Is there any problem on your side with the servers?

I am on CQG and internet works fine here.

Thank you for your forum post.


We have been made aware of this missing data on CQG this morning and we're looking into the CQG historical data servers further to resolve the situation.


I will update this thread once I have more information regarding the historical data server.

I have heard back on my end about the CQG historical data server.


You should be able to restart NinjaTrader at this time and reconnect to CQG and re-est the missing data.
