Historical Data not Loading

Why do I get an error in the NT7 Log that says "..ServerSideNotEntitled" ?
When I bring up NT7, no historical prices are put on charts and the error is in the log.

Does this mean my broker has blocked me from getting data or they have a problem of some kind with the data feed?

NT7 7.0.1000-16

I'm sure it's the latest MB Trading Navigator. the .44 version. Where do I find the version of it?

this has been working until last night when it failed.
