BackColorAll is an indicator method used in custom scripts. What TAJTrades is suggesting requires custom programming.

Thanks, Matthew. What can I say, "take the colors away". Lordamercy, I could never stare at charts like that all day. I'd go crazy! No, I'm thinking that my original idea (just a discrete line that runs through all panels) is the better idea.

I'm curious, what is "BackColorAll"? I can't find it.
And how, exactly, does it draw a vertical line?
Well, first I need to find it. Please. somebody, show me where this command is in NT.
    Thanks!

    Hello Tasuki,

Thank you for contacting us with this feedback.

I certainly understand how this could be very useful and I will forward your support for this type of feature to our development staff for their consideration.

vertical line through all panels, SVP

See attached file, which is just a chart of four highly correlated Forex futures contracts. Wouldn't it be useful to be able to track them all together on one chart
and have vertical lines that run all the way down through all the panels to see when
one of the contracts is leading the rest, and when one is perhaps lagging?
Apparently, such a simple tool as a vertical line that cuts through all panels
is just not possible in NT. Please add my voice to the chorus of voices requesting
    this feature.
    Thanks,
    Tasuki
