Connecting using replay data

I want to replay my strategy for FOREX. Therefore I download replay data and connect to the marker replay connection. But if I compare the data to the live data I use from FXCM, there is a hudge difference in data quality. Could you tell me what causes this difference. I had expected that the replay data is the same as your preferred FOREX data vendor (FXCM). The replay results are therfore completely different from the live results.

If there is a difference is there anyway I could replay the strategy using the FXCM data, or is that only possible if I activate the option 'record for market replay'under options in NT?

Yes, you can record market replay data from FXCM by enabling 'Record for market replay'. You will record all realtime data you receive while connected to FXCM in NinjaTrader.

Market replay data that you download is recorded from a different data source.
