Cant get access to the default indicators

I'm sure this is a really stupid issue on my part, any help would be awesome!

I can see the indicators there when i go to edit them, BUT when I go to add an indicator on my chart there are only about 12 available.

No idea how to get the ones I see in the editor.

The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20131211.txt' file.
