NY Failed to Start

I installed for the first time the NT 7 on Windows 7 64 and it crashes when starting.
It shows - "application stop working".

here is what i get in the trace.txt file

So we can further assist, can you please send us your entire Log and Trace file from today.
Send this to 'support at ninjatrader dot com' and refer to this post. Put in the subject header 'For Vince'.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.20131211.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.20131211.txt"
