Around 2:30 today while in the middle ofan ES tradethe new dome locked up on me...I was changing an order qty...I hit hold to change it and it would not return to action after hitting held when my change was complete....I was still getting data fromTradestation but could not navigate in the NT platform at all...just kept getting beeps on clicks and everything was grayed out...couldnt notclick into control center...after about 3 minutesof my heart pounding...I shut it down...restarted it and it would not connect...by the time it connected around 2 minutes (normally 3-4 seconds)I was on the phone with my order desk to confirm what orders were working....I hung up with the broker after NT restarted but I then had to cancel my bracket orders because NT had kept track of the changes I made while it was locked and the bracket orders did not match my position....possibly resulting in an unintentional reversal....Finished the trade off manually a few minutes later...after this incident the platform felt sluggish as if there was a bandwidth issue...
