Global Crosshair not working

I downloaded a Chart Template from another person and for some reason the Global Crosshair does not work correctly as the screen on the smaller scale DOES NOT move from the last bars.

So what I mean is that the global crosshair works as long as I dont move too far to the left on the larger scale.

What setting could cause this to stop working?

2.) A copy of the template file which you imported.
3.) A copy of today's trace file:
The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20131208.txt' file.

Unfortunately, the chart template belongs to a mentor and cannot share it.

Let me know if you can give me an idea of what setting to look at.

Does removing the template restore the functionality of the Global Cross Hair cursor?

The issue is ONLY with this template.. When I use another chart template global crosshairs work fine

Based on this result I would recommend requesting a new copy of the file from your mentor.

I finally figured out what was happening:

On Chart Settings the Global cross hair Time axis scrolling was set to FALSE so charts were not moving in Tandem. When set to True it works fine.
