Some Tickers not plotting on Chart

I have subscription data feed from eSignal. The feed contains all tickers on all American exchanges which I successfully connected to NT. I use the same eSignal feed to supply data to other charting platforms with no problems, but for some reason TSLA and some other tickers are not showing up in NT within the instrument manager menu.

Thank you for your post.

NinjaTrader comes pre-loaded with the most commonly traded instruments however, you may find the need to add an additional instrument. Please follow the instructions below to add equities to the Instrument Manager.

• Open a chart of an instrument that currently plots
• Left click within the chart
• Begin typing the symbol TSLA
• Hit Enter

After this TSLA will then be listed within the Instrument Manager.
