Superdom limit pending order entry fills immediately

Hi support,

I've had got a problem with the superdom price entry when using the market replay. Whenever I enter a limit order at a price which is at least several ticks away from the actively trading price, instead of seeing a pending order, the limit order becomes filled immediately at the prevailing traded price. In other words, if I tried to enter any pending limit order, they will show up for a fraction of a second as pending and then become filled at the current market prices even though the current market prices are several ticks away.

This is as expected for buy limit orders submitted above the market price. They will fill right away since it is a better price. The same applies for sell limit orders submitted below the market price. Please submit a stop market or stop limit order instead.

Thanks for the quick response.

I see that a middle mouse button is required for the stop limit order. But my logitech mouse has a scroll wheel that is clickable but it doesn't seem to trigger the stop order option. Any suggestions on using such a mouse on the superdom?

Hello Patrick,

You will need to configure your mouse so a scroll wheel click acts like a middle click.
