Windows closes NinjaTrader because of an unspecified problem

Not always but increasingly regularly I get this message:

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

It seems to happen when a strategy is running. Live or market replay mode- the error has happened in both.

The computer is using a Windows 7 (service pack) 1 64-bit OS. I am using Ninjatrader 64-bit 7.0.1000.16.

Checking the Log tab there is no record (at least that I can decipher) of what happened that caused Ninjatrader to stop working.

What is causing this? And how can I fix it?

Can you please send me your log and trace files for the date the issue occurred last. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach them in the email. You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and put 'Att Jason, Windows closes NinjaTrader because of an unspecified problem' in the subject header.

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20131202 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20131202 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Please include around what time the issue occurred as well.

Am I correct the same strategy is running when the issue happens?
