Orders not updating on execution (TDAmeritrade)

I am on a TD margin account. I can place orders just fine for my ETFs (SPXL for instance), however, when those orders execute at the TD end, NT is not receiving an update and those orders continue to show as working with no position. If I manually cancel the filled order, the position shows up correctly after the error message for canceling a filled order. Ditto if I place an order (Stop?) on the TD end. NT does not see the order unless I disconnect and reconnect.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

Please contact me at Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. In your message, include the following:

1.) A link to this thread.

2.) A copy of today's log and trace files.
You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

3.) The time of the orders in question so that I can review that specific section of the diagnostic files I requested above.

    Thank you.
