Query about getting Indicator Help as a Separate Dialog Box

I use Tradeguider VSA Plug-in with NT7.
In the plugin, different signals area generated and each of these signals is associated with explanation describing the signal in detail as a Dialog Box as seen in the attached image .
But I'm not able to get these Dialog boxes, I've tried right click/left click by keeping the cursor over the signal, but these dialog boxes don't appear. The mouse cursor when pointed over the signal followed by left click and then right click leads me to the main Indicators Dialog Box, but the Dialog boxes with the explanation for the signal doesn't appear
Can anyone help me as to how can a dialog box showing such explanation of the signals could be seen?

Hello sharmanup,

I suggest to contact Tradeguider to check why you do not get the dialog boxes. Unfortunately, I am not sure why this does not work for you. I do not have the Tradeguider plugin available on my end to test.
