TD Ameritrade connection disappeared

    TD Ameritrade connection disappeared

    Hello,

    All the sudden, after months of normal use, my TD Ameritrade connection is gone. I cannot find it anywhere! I have other connections and they all work.

    How do I fix it?

    Thanks for your post.

    When you reboot your machine does the connection show up again?
    Can you otherwise repair your database under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Repair DB.

    Let us know if this corrects your issue.

      Repaired the DB with no luck. The connections is gone. I even restarted NT7.

      What else can I do? I have 8 positions (paper) that I cannot remove. I can re-create the connection if you remind me how...

        Let us know if you get the connection back after following the instructions.

        If you want to remove your Sim trades you can reset your Simulator under Tools--> Options--> Simulator tab--> Reset Simulator.

          The provider "TD Ameritrade" is gone from my list....what do I do next?

            Hi TexFly,

            Please re-enter your license under Help--> License Key and then check under Help--> About to see if you have TD Ameritrade available again as a provider.
            When TDA is listed as the provider recreate the account connection again.

              Along the same line I am trying to use the 32-Bit version of NinjaTrader to use my TD-Ameritrade account. When I try and open the 32-Bit version I get the following error message: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Clock OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'tmpBE20.tmp' in the box below. The a file error message appears. This just happened yesterday.- Thanks
