    Unable to use indicator due to free license expiration

    I am running a 3rd party indicator that included a free trial period. I purchased the indicator and was able to use it successfully several times. Now when I try to launch the indicator I get an error message saying that I need to contact the vendor because my free trial period has expired. The vendor says my license is valid for my machine and he does not know why my indicator is not functioning properly.

    I have reinstalled NT and the indicator as well to no avail. My machine ID has stayed the same. Please help.

    Thanks for your note, can you please provide me with the name of the vendor and your machine ID? You can find your machine ID from within the control center by left clicking Help > About. Please send this information to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com ATTN: BizDev – Justin West.
