Chart Stops Displaying Live feed

Hi,

I am using Esignal data with ninja trader 6.5 (altought I have had the same problem with 6.0) it happens suddenly as I am watching price action (on a 200T) chart and the price just freezes on the chart and it precipitates to all the other charts I have open(the price just stops updating live...but the progrem isn't frozen). At first I thought it was a problem with Esignal but the Market Analyzer window Shows the right price while updating live. No matter how many times I open and close the chart or reconnect and disconnected the charts won't update live, only when I do a historical reload of the price do i see the price data I missed. And then after sometime it starts to work by itself...
I have no I idea whats going on, Please help.
