Two month gap in chart

What happens when you right click in the chart--> Reload All Historical Data?

Also, what is the Session template you have selected in the Data Series window?

Hi Joe,

Can you change the session template to 'Default 24/7' and see if that updates your bars.

changed it to 'default 24/7'.
but the 2 month gap is still there.
and I am connected to kinetick live

Hello Joe,

can you please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

that didn't work either.
my EURUSD chart is still working ok.
I will experiment ... like recreating the ES chart, etc.
I won't be surprised if it is something I am doing wrong.

You are on our current release V7.0.1000.16, correct? (check under Help--> About)

Can you otherwise reset your instruments under Tools--> Options--> Data tab--> Reset Instruments.
