    account not showing

    Hi,
    Ii have just installed a demo CQG account, the green light for connected to CQG is on.
    the CQG demo account appears in the Account section, but the does not appear in the drop down box in the Superdom/basic entry.

    what do i need to do to get the demo CQG to show in the superdom.

    Hello Steve,

    Thanks for your post.

    When using a simulation edition license you will only be able to access the sim101 account. To trade any other account, even a paper account from the broker, requires a live license.
    Once a live license has been entered you will need to ensure Global Simulation Mode is not checked under the Control Center> File
    You then could select an account other than the sim101
