Thank you for your response.

As mentioned previously I'm using Esignal premium real data

In regards to Kyles's question

a few examples of stocks that I have tried downlaoding data for without success are

BHPASX, WBCASX, STOASX, OSHASX, WOWASX

(by the way the ASX behind each symbol is the suffix)

Can you please send an email to support at ninjatrader dot com and refer to this post. Also put in the subject 'For Vince'.

When you send your email please include the following and log out of eSignal:
- Your eSignal username and password
- Your most recent log and trace file.
You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.20131127.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.20131127.txt"

Also let us know what version of eSignal you're using.
