Creating A Sort Column

Hello,
I would like to create a column in the Market Analyzer window, that sort my watchlist by coloring the cell green if the following contitions are met;
-30 Week SMA is rising
and
-Last price is above the 30 Week SMA.

Any ideas would be appreciate it,
