Creating moving stop loss to lock in the profits

Hello, I am trying to implement risk mgt for my automated strategy. Have two things I'd like to achieve:
- If I am long and if the trade moves in my favor by 6 ticks in the ES, I want my stoploss to move to breakeven.
- Again, if I am long and if the trade moves in my favor by another 6 ticks (that's a total of 12 ticks of favorable move), I want my stop loss to move to 6 ticks above my entry price. This is to lock in the profits if the market turns against me.

Can someone please help me how this can be achieved in NT?

Thank you for your post.

You can use two different methods that we have available.

If you are familiar with ATM strategies you can incorporate an ATM strategy into your Automated Strategy. I suggest taking a look at the example we have built into NinjaTrader, Tools -> Edit NinjaScript -> Strategy -> SampleAtmStrategy

The second method would be modfying a stoploss and profit target dynamically. The link below is a reference sample on this is achieved in NinjaScript -
