Data gap today...

Getting a data gap all charts of 6 minutes or so upon start up and again at reload all historical....Mirus zen data...

Thank you for writing in.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can find this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> About. The version number is listed at the top of the window that opens (for example 7.0.1000.16).

Which instruments are you charting, and at what intervals?

Could you send in your log and trace files, to assist us in diagnosing your issue? You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Mail to Support.

Be sure the box next to "Log and trace files" is checked. Please reference ticket # 949992 in the subject of your email.
